Delivery/postage = flat rate $10.

You should receive your order within 1 - 7 working days, and on the next working day whenever possible. We deliver within Australia via Express Post Platinum. You can track your parcel’s progress online (we’ll email you the details).

Please let us know your best daytime address for deliveries.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Internationally

We ship to cities in the UK and the US. Please contact us about other destinations (sales@mrspress.com).

International shipping rates and times vary. Please use the shopping cart to check out with the items you have chosen, and select the option that will notify you of shipping rates before your order is processed. We will then email you details. Repeat customers have the ability to order without delay.

Any customs fees imposed by your country's customs office are your responsibility. It is not possible for us to arrange for or estimate customs fees for you. We mark all orders as merchandise and state their actual values. We cannot mark orders as gifts, but we will omit the receipt within the package if you request it when you order.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns of clothing that is in brand new, unworn condition with the tags attached. You are free to choose a full refund (not available on sale items), exchange (if in stock), or a store credit.

Please choose sale items and pieces from the Mrs. Press Beauty range carefully.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on our candles, soaps and beauty products.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation.
Once you’ve emailed us to get this, the item must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 14 days will receive credit only.
