Eligibility to purchase

The purchase of products from Mrspress.com (ABN 79 477 306 812) is limited to parties who can legally enter into and form contracts in accordance with the Australian law.

Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information.

When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct.

Mrspress.com is available only to customers who meet our terms of eligibility. Purchases must be for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit. Mrspress.com reserves the right to decline multiple quantities to one customer or address.

Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars.

Should your selected item be out of stock, we will contact you to let you know within 2 working days.

Mrspress.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and direct transfer. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The credit card you are using must be in your name. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, Mrspress.com will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.

We take every precaution to make our site as secure as possible. A 128 Bit SSL Certificate is used to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet to ensure that your details are safe. We do not hold any payment details on record.

Returns

We hope you that fall in love with your Mrs. Press purchase. Please check and try on your garments as soon as you get them - you must let us know within 7 days if it’s not a fine romance.

Our returns policy:
We are happy to accept returns of clothing that is in brand new, unworn condition with the tags attached. You are free to choose a full refund (not available on sale items), exchange (if in stock), or a store credit.

Please choose sale items and pieces from the Mrs. Press Beauty range carefully.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on our candles, soaps and beauty products.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation.
Once you’ve emailed us to get this, the item must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 14 days will receive credit only.


How to return a garment

1. Email sales@mrspress.com or call 02 9698 4097 to let us know, within 7 days from the date of purchase. If you would like to speak to us, please provide the best contact number and we will call you right back.

2 .You will be sent an email containing a Return Authorisation, and instructions on how best to post. You will not be charged additional delivery charges for exchanges.

3. Once the product for exchange is received and has been checked, the new size or style will be dispatched.

4. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please notify sales@mrspress.com immediately and the item will be exchanged for you.
