SORRY NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
We are happy to accept returns of FULL PRICE clothing in brand new, unworn condition with the tags. You are free to choose a full refund, exchange (if in stock), or store credit.
Please choose vintage and body care items carefully – we do not offer refunds or exchanges these items.
Returns accepted with Return Authorisation. Please email email@example.com for this, then return item within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 14 days will receive credit only.
How to return a garment
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know, within 7 days from the receipt of purchase. If you would like to speak to us, please provide the best contact number and we will call you right back.
You will be sent an email containing a Return Authorisation, and instructions on how best to post. You will not be charged additional delivery charges for exchanges. Once the product for exchange is received and has been checked, the new size or style will be dispatched.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of receiving the return.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please notify email@example.com immediately and the item will be exchanged.
